Delete your TradeLite account

You can delete your TradeLite account and its data at any time, here or in the app. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

1. Open the TradeLite app and sign in.
2. Tap your avatar (top right), then Log out.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Before you delete

• Close or cancel your open orders and positions in TradeLite first. The account cannot be deleted while it still has open orders, because TradeLite manages their stop loss and target.
• Orders and positions at your broker stay at your broker. Deleting TradeLite does not close your broker account.
• If you have a TradeLite API key or an MT5 bridge running, it stops working at once.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, mobile number, photo, password and Google link.
• Strategies, orders, positions and trade history, alerts, watchlists, chart drawings and settings.
• Broker connections and their keys and tokens, API keys, TL scripts, algos and shared P&L links.
• Your community messages and signal channels, and your sign-in history (IP addresses and devices).

Everything above is erased immediately. Any copies in backups are erased within 30 days.

What we keep

• A record that your account number was deleted and when, with no name, email or phone, so old sign-ins stay blocked.
• Support conversations and our security and audit logs, for as long as the law requires (see Privacy policy §7).
• Anonymous website statistics, which are not linked to your account.

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to get a code by email, then come back here. If you signed up with Google, choose Continue with Google.
